Christmas In The Past

Matt and I visited Old Salem today to buy some soap and candles. Little did we know that the entire town was celebrating Christmas with a huge festival. Aside from the unexpected crowds, it was nice to see people in their period outfits and enjoy the Spirit of Christmas through the Moravian culture.

We also finished all our Christmas decorating. We're going with a different theme this year - Cartoon and Classy Christmas! We still have the 100 acre woods characters. But now we also have white lights in the windows and a huge wreath against the house. Now we have cartoons in a fancy environment!

Now we are driving to Matt's new job's Christmas party. Talk about joining the company at the right time! He worked there a whole week and now gets to party!!!
