We went to a WF football night game yesterday and it was against Clemson University, a school in SC that has a consistently great reputation for their football team. Wake Forest's colors are black/gold and Clemson's is orange/purple. Now since it was a home game, you would imagine that the stadium was full of black. Nope, instead it was mostly orange because anyone that lives in the area, who's a Clemson fan, takes advantage of seeing their favorite team without having to travel down to SC. It also doesn't help that Wake Forest doesn't has as many supportive fans. So unfortunately, even on the home team side, the stadium was covered in orange.

Jennifer is a friend of Doris' who is really nice and I hope she'll join us for future seasons. Here's a selfie that Doris took, that she submitted to WF, hoping it would end up on the giant screen. Alas... it did not.
As you can see it was FREEZING! But it was still a fun evening... (However, I'll admit that I had fun mostly because those earmuffs I'm wearing also double as headphones, so I was also listening to my book on tape. Shhh... keep my secret, ok!?!) ;-)
