CA Trip

Last week I visited CA to visit Sarah and Del and their new baby girl!  It was so nice to spend a whole week with them all! Here are some of the photos of the trip.

When I first arrived, I was greeted with this awesome smile.  

 

I'm not sure if this is her first selfie... but here we are waiting for Sarah during a quick errand. We got lots of backseat bonding throughout the week!

And here's a little sample of my baby workout!  :-)

On Sunday, Sarah and Del hosted a brunch so I could see more friends. I've gotten to become friends with them through Sarah over the years, and this group was also in her and Del's bridal party. It was so nice to see them again!

Later that evening, Aliza and Jesse (Sarah's siblings) and Jesse's girlfriend came over so we could play the board game, Harry Potter Clue. Some of us are super fans of Harry Potter, and some had not seen the movies nor read the books. It was interesting to see all of our different interpretations of the game, but thankfully from either perspective the game was really fun!

Moments like these in the next few photos made my heart melt!

This next photo is included because I just love her expression... I wish we knew what she was thinking! :-D

I also got to see my friend, Jen, who drove all the way down from Chico. We spent a portion of the day together and I loved catching up. She even brought me a couple of my favorite cookies exclusively made in Chico! What an awesome friend!!!
