New Porch - Days 1 & 2

I've been posting all our activities on Facebook recently - hence our absence from the blog for the past few months. However, since not everyone has a Facebook account, I thought I'd post photos of our deck remodel for everyone to see the progress!

I've gotten some before and after shots from different angles so I'll show each day by those angles grouped together...

They also started installing the flooring for the outdoor section of the deck... that way we have an area for grilling on the BBQ, sitting outside... etc.  Matt keeps saying that if he needs to grab something from the kitchen, he may use one of the windows instead of the doors!  (I don't think he is joking!)
