During the week between Christmas and New Year's, Matt had the week off. He took advantage of a full week to do a long awaited project, change the mud room's stairs from tile to hard-wood floor. The tile on the stairs were cracked when we moved in (er uh, yes 4 years ago) and we finally decided it was time to fix it. Dad came over to help and as you'll see from the photos, I think they did an excellent job!
