We continued our annual county fair tradition, and as always, we had a blast. Matt took half the day off so we could enjoy more time roaming, watching shows, and eating! Since we had more time this year, we were able to sew more shows this time... the pig races (a favorite of mine), dog herding sheep, and amazing dog tricks.
The pig races are always adorable since the entire show is about watching tiny pigs run around a race track to win an Oreo cookie. Those pigs have got it good because as soon as they run one race, they go back into a huge, heated trailer.
The dog herding show is always great to see how instinctual shepherding dogs are with the sheep.
The dog trick show was new to us this year, and was quite amazing. The dogs would catch frisbees as such a fast pace and could even catch them when diving into a swimming pool.
Later that evening, Kelsie and Bradley joined us. Kelsie said she had to witness me eating a Krispy Kreme burger, so I waited until she got there. Needless to say, it was delicious. So much, that Bradley got one, too!
It was yet again a fantastic day at the fair!
