Just kidding about that "To Be Continued" I was supposed to report about. I asked Matt about his projects (keep in mind, I actually wrote notes) and I still didn't understand what's he's doing!
From what I could tell, he's trying to improve the carrier process. Carriers are used to hold the beer bottles (like a six pack) and there are ways to improve this process financially. The second project has something to do with the carriers and how to optimize the process during down time. Sorry, I wish I could do better. :(
As for me, the best part of my day was chatting with Cousin Kara! Aside from that, I did more desk work - which consisted of monthly finances, scheduling various appointments and speaking with AT&T about our phone bill. Yee-Haw, right!?
Last night we went out to dinner with Matt's LA partner. We tried a new restaurant that we'd read about through a promotion the city of Winston Salem is having until the end of February. On the website, it lists many of the local Winston Salem restaurants which are featuring 1 meal that's 50% off on Tuesdays. We went to a BBQ restaurant which featured BBQ pork egg roles, a side and hushpuppies for under $5 bucks! How amazing is that!?
