So...in my last post, I neglected to mention that 1 hour before the yard work was officially finished, Matt got a call from his boss who requested Matt to help him with a very important project - help (boss)Matt take his boat out on the lake. The wives were not invited because the boat was "acting up" and the men wanted the freedom to fix the boat. You can imagine Matt's face when he got the call. He looked at me with those puppy-dog eyes saying, "Oh please, oh please, let me go out and play!" I couldn't say no (even though I really wanted to since we had a boat load of unfinished digging, watering and putting away of tools)!
But, I'm glad they got a chance to get (boss)Matt's boat out and afterwards we went to their house for a BBQ. Katie's mom is in town because her due date is early April and they'd all like to be together when the baby arrives. It was a fun evening!
On Sunday, we went to lunch and a movie. We saw Limitless, and aside from a somewhat abrupt ending, we enjoyed it very much. It was nice to see a movie with a unique plot. As for the rest of the weekend, we both relaxed. It was nice!
