My Aunt Patty and Uncle Bob are true champs! Kara's house lost power for the entire day - with no indication as to when it would be restored (hence the double meaning in the blog title!) And since my cousin Mark and his family still had no power at their place, we all camped out for the day at AP & UB's house! Talk about a full house!!!
Sadly, this all took place on Halloween day so the kids were told that Trick-or-Treating was cancelled - isn't that the saddest thing you've ever heard!?
We made the best of it and went to an indoor kids playground and the girls were able to frolic and have a great time. Some kids came in costume which was adorable! The place was so crowded we had to wait for some families to clear our prior to us entering. Here are our patient little ones!
I'll let you be the judge if this space seems crowded!

Since Trick-or-Treating was cancelled, Kara let the girls each have a piece of candy. Two very happy campers!
